I loved the ice cream and their service is really good too.I had chocolate ice cream with choco Chips in a waffle cone. Was really good.Not giving 5 as I haven't tried many flovours.

They have a really good icecream for every moment, you will have to do a long line but it worth it!!

Lots of varieties of icecream. Most of the time during weekends there will be a queue, and chances are there won't be place to sit and eat. Icecreams tastes great though!

Didn't get to actually order,. 15 minutes wait then they told me someone would be right with me, but the woman left somewhere. So maybe it's good, I don't know. Just come to with plenty of time .

These ice creams are an orgasm of flavor, my favorite is the banana with caramel and if you add chocolate chips or chocolate scrap it is milk ... it is mandatory to enjoy an ice cream here wherever you find it ....

Ordered the usual. Halfway through the bowl, discovered a hair from the girl who served it. I'm pretty sure there are health codes for exactly this reason. And at the end, the sugar cone bowl was stale. Not the best experience I've had at a Cold Stone Creamery. Probably won't be coming back to this particular establishment anymore.

Temporally closed for re-modeling. Was disappointed and so were my kids. Not sure when it is scheduled to re-open .

I wait at least 15 minutes. But noone tried to help me. I asked them to order something but they said please wait. 3 person where working. But noone is helping the customers

We had a good experience this time, but during peak rush periods like weekends, the staff is often stressed out and the food prep area is filthy.

if you've never had Cold Stone, give it a try. It's good ice cream, served in a variety of different options.

Store staff dropped the icecream twice. Trashed it both the times! And eventually made icecream with big cake chunks impossible to chew! Sad that such an amazing concept creamery has such unprofessional staff! Just train them well to chunk it up!! That’s the crux of your business!

Closed for renovation??? Wish they would note that it is temp closed on Gmaps too. Let my daughter down, was trying to grab her some strawberry ice cream. ALL the ice cream places at Great Mall seems to be going renovations. #fail

A certified icecream lover has no words to describe about the experience at Cold stone creamery. Right at the entrance of door 6 at Great Mall, the place is usually busy and always has people waiting in line. There is a sofa seating nearby which gives a great spot to take a break from the shopping spree and have an icecream.The shop has a lot of usual flavors as well as special ones. It can be bought in three different sizes, and the smallest itself is a good mouthful for a person. The shop provides options for add-ons and is served in cup or waffle cup or cone. Being a chocolate lover, I bought a signature creation called chocolate devotion full of chocolate icecream with chocolate brownie and fudge. I chose a waffle cone for my icecream dish. It was yummy and tasty and chocolatey. I would definitely buy during the next Grear Mall visit, and maybe try another flavor.

I want to leave my complaint with the cold stone customer service Great mall in milpitas ca. A clerk was super rude, don't wait to finish picking my order, said he was waiting and said it was to go sideways, said a minute and left and left me and made my husband and my son's order, being that the line was huge and I waited with my family for a long time before being met. Lack of respect and poor service. I was never treated in the imagination that this particular attendant was not well trained. more respect, please.

I really wanted to eat a Slice of their Ice Cream cake but they Only sell Those in Full Cake portions. So I had a small'like it' ice cream and I was a happy camper!!

Service can be slow but the place do get really busy.

Expensive icecream. Avoid and buy from grocery store. You will get better taste for less price.

Delicious and fun ice cream place. They sell milk shakes and smoothies as well. You can pick your own toppings. They also sell cakes.
